Overall, it is Digifeed business practice to rest responsibility for the day-to-day management of a project with a senior manager from Digifeed who has both Development Management and Project Management experience. To support the day-to-day management role, we plan, with the support of its clients to institute a series of regular team meetings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly in agreement with its clients.
